Our Story

We believe as much as ever that the message of Christianity is life-changing. We're convinced Jesus offers hope for you no matter what your social, religious or racial background and no matter how good or bad you think you are. Because we have seen and experienced how good it is to know and understand God's love, forgiveness from sin and acceptance we want as many as possible to experience it too. That's why we think new Christian communities are important.

“Our church is for anyone who wants to learn more about being or becoming a Christian.”

— Andy Carroll, Rev.

We Believe

We believe that God made us, loves us, rescues us through Jesus Christ and will set up a new creation in which his people can enjoy him forever. We also believe that God gets to tell us what to believe because he is the King, and he explains all this for us in the Bible.

When visiting Donabate Presbyterian Church for the first time, we were intrigued by this community of people who are genuinely so welcoming and friendly. We kept coming back, even though it was quite a drive from our home at that time, knowing that we’ve found a place the whole family could connect with. Andy’s talks, shared prayer time and worship filled us again with a growing love for God, and we’re so happy to have found a new church home.
